By Signing-up for a Hot Buys Plus Membership you agree to the terms and conditions herein. The Hot Buys Plus Membership is available at no cost. By receiving this membership you agree to receive the weekly Hot Buys e-flyer and other informational emails from Hot Buys Plus. Please note the email address you signed up with will be used unless otherwise noted.

Your privacy is very important to Hot Buys Plus. Your email address and information will not be sold, distributed or in any way given to another party or person. Your email address and other information will only be used by Hot Buys Plus.

Offers may vary and are at the sole discretion of the offering businesses. Offers can be changed with or without notice. Please check the most current Hot Buy e-flyer for the most updated offers.

By signing up for the Hot Buys Plus Membership you are eligible for any contests and/or giveaways that are being offered at that time and/or in the future, unless you are an employee or a family member of an employee of any companies, groups or organizations associated with Hot Buys Plus.

All contest winners must be active members at the time of the contest drawing.

Hot Buys Plus cannot be held liable for any offers or misprints in any ads in the weekly e-flier.

To apply for a membership you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. One email address per membership. The Hot Buys Plus membership has no cash value.

Cancellation Policy
To unsubscribe please email your name and email address used when opening your account to info@hotbuysplus.com. Please type unsubscribe in the subject line. Please allow ten (10) days for the cancellation to take effect. If you unsubscribe you are no longer eligible to win any prizes, claim any deals and will loose all your Hot Buys Points.
